Serian captured a full Matterport 3D scan of Lemaiyan Suites, producing an interactive virtual tour that lets guests walk through rooms, amenities and common areas from anywhere in the world.

The brief

Lemaiyan Suites wanted an interactive, always-available walkthrough that prospective guests could explore online before booking.

Our approach

We scanned the property with a Matterport camera, capturing every room and amenity space. The final model was published as an embeddable 3D tour for the hotel's website and marketing channels.

Outcome

The hotel now features an immersive online experience that sets it apart from competitors and supports direct-booking conversion.
