Serian delivered a Matterport 3D walkthrough of the Aiwa Holdings warehouse alongside cinematic drone footage, giving prospective tenants and partners a complete view of the facility from the ground and the air.

The brief

Aiwa Holdings needed marketing assets that would let prospective tenants explore the warehouse remotely and appreciate the scale of the facility.

Our approach

We combined a ground-level Matterport scan of the interior with aerial drone footage of the exterior and surrounding area, producing both an interactive 3D tour and a short-form video.

Outcome

The client has a compelling digital marketing package that showcases the warehouse from every angle, supporting leasing and partnership conversations.
